Job Description As the Advisor of Pharmacy Operations Process Innovation,you will be a vital contributor to a team focused on the development of inventory-focused programs within the Retail Pharmacy business. With 7,800+pharmacies across the country, CVS Health offers the valuable opportunity to develop innovative solutions that will impact more than 60 million patients every year. Some key areas of focus will include (but are not limited to):
Strategically improving our product selection criteria and processes
Improving the utilization of preferred product in-store
Optimizing our overall in-store and supply chain inventory processes
To be successful in this role you will must have a strong analytical skill set, and excellent communication and collaboration skills to successfully influence out store teams, field leadership and internal business partners. You will work cross functionally with several different areas of the business including: Pharmacy Operations, Inventory, Compliance, Pharmacy Merchandising and Field Leadership.We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate and motivated to proactively develop ad present potential solutions.
Required QualificationsMinimum of a Master’s degree and 1 year of Operational Process Innovation OR minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of Operational Process Innovation experience.
At least 1 year of experience assessing complex processes to identify areas for improvement for business impact.
At least 1 year of experience identifying and defining business problems and issues, and developing strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or higher
Operational Process innovation experience in a Pharmacy setting (Retail, PBM, LTC – 1+ years)
EducationBachelor’s degree Business Overview
