Advisor of Pharmacy Operations

Position Summary:
As the Advisor of Pharmacy Operations on the Pick-UpExcellence team, you will be focused on improving the customer and colleagueexperiences at Pharmacy Pick-Up. You will be working on innovative enhancementsto the current point-of-sale systems. The ultimate goal of these enhancementsis to drive customer service improvement while minimizing the amount of storeteam labor required for execution. This is a high impact project working withan innovative team motivated by the opportunity to drive people on a path tobetter health.

You will be engaged across all phases of new processdevelopment, with particular emphasis on opportunity identification, solutionideation & design, testing, and implementation. You will lead andcontribute to quantitative / qualitative analyses, critical communicationdevelopment to both field and internal leadership, business case development,and cross-functional project management.

To be successful in this role you will bring a balance ofstrong, independent leadership and collaboration skills. You should be ananalytical thinker with excellent communication skills who is confident intheir ability to independently interact with and influence a wide range ofsenior stakeholders and demonstrate a consistent track record of deliveringresults.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of demonstrated increasing responsibility roles in corporate or related operational / field environments
3+ years of demonstrated organizational skills (e.g. project management experience or managing cross-functional initiatives with demonstrated success)
2+ years of experience assessing and building a business case to identify areas of opportunities for the business and/or 3+ years of related field experience

Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of consulting or related business experience or community pharmacist experience
Experience with change management and training activities Strong leadership skills and accountability for results Knowledge of U.S. Healthcare landscape and the pharmacy sector preferred but not required
Experience creating impactful presentations and storyboards working with presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical, and consistent Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail as well as strong organizational and prioritization skills

Bachelor’s degree required
