Job Description
The Retail Pharmacy Innovation and Engineering team within Pharmacy Operations strives to maintain industry-leading prescription fulfillment processes and tools in our CVS Pharmacies across the country, while bringing innovative high-quality concepts to the pharmacy industry in support of our customers and patients.

As an Advisor, Enterprise Workload Sharing Insights and Analytics, you will be a leading contributor to the planning, development, and execution of several projects working to revolutionize the way that CVS Pharmacy fills prescriptions. You will be required to lead multiple high-profile work streams with urgency and be accountable for delivering quality results, and be able to present these results to senior leadership in the company. You will work with cross-functional teams within the organization across the CVS Health enterprise. This is a great opportunity for a healthcare-focused analyst to make a big impact in pharmacies across the country.

Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as a thought-partner for business stakeholders as they determine how to best improve our operations processes. -Determining the potential impact and value of different courses of action
- Developing a comprehensive data monitoring strategy to track the progress and KPIs of multiple projects

Required Qualifications
2 + years’ experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.Similar application suites (Open Office, Google Drive, etc.) are acceptable
2 + years’ experience with data modeling/analytics with SQL, SAS, Tableau and/or other advanced analytical tools

Preferred Qualifications
-1+year of consulting or related business experience
-Ability to communicate in a clear, logical and consistent manner
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines
- Healthcare industry knowledge and/or experience
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, SAS, R, Python, and/or VBA Experience using Oracle, Teradata and/or Hadoop
- Some programming experience
- Consulting experience a plus
- High level of independent judgment and initiative
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels
- Experience working on projects involving a SDLC, waterfall process

Bachelor’s Degree required

Major in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics or related STEM field a plus

MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
