**OEM Customer Engagement Manager (CEM)** **A Customer facing Operations Single Point of Accountability role for OEM Partners. A multi collaborative role working directly with the Partner to be the voice of Dell operations and all internal stakeholders to ensure the flow of Dell products with operational support from planning to order management, delivery and sales support. Act as escalation point for all operational issues and successful onboarding. Work with Dell support teams and individuals in order to understand the business needs and translate that to the processes, reporting, and analysis. Be able to meet expected deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet individual goals. At all times to promote Customer Experience and act in a way that compliments Dell’s Corporate Responsibility and both Internal and External Compliance factors. To support sales success with:** **PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** + **Work with broader Channel Operations teams to effectively manage existing and new Dell Channel processes and tools in a consistent manner** + **Contribute to Customer reviews & QBR’s** + **Contribute to Account planning process** + **Identify and work with order fulfillment from OE to Delivery.** + **Bring problems to wider team to deliver solutions** + **Assist in Logistic enablement** + **Focus on a positive customer experience** + **Drive process improvement** + **Ensure Compliance to Dell standards and company policy** + **Work to strict readiness timelines** **IMPROVE THE BUSINESS** + **Drive adoption of new tools tool to increase efficiencies and make it easier for Partners to do business with Dell** + **Provide analysis and business point of view to sales** + **Review and understand channel health and planning requirements with sales** **KEY STAKEHOLDERS & COLLABORATION** + **Manages operational support to maximize sales force productivity by doing the following:** + **Work closely with OEM Sales & Global Commercial Channel Sales** + **Ensure all readiness processes are followed and timelines are clearly communicated to the customers and account team** + **Facilitate meetings with partners and cross functional teams - present updates in the weekly OPS reviews if needed** + **Ability to deliver quality results under stress and deadline, result oriented with a drive for excellence qualities in an ambiguous environment** + **Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a passion for winning** + **Negotiating skills and ability to resolve conflict and multiple priorities** + **Strong verbal / written communication skills including meeting facilitation, presentations, and communication with all levels of management & staff** + **Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group** **Organization:** _Commercial Sales and Enterprise Solutions_ **Title:** _Advisor, Project/Prog Mgmt_ **Location:** _North America-US-TX-Austin_ **Requisition ID:** _17000T8T_
