**Job Description:** This individual will be responsible for successfully managing the procedures and processes for the RSA Channel program. Working with the channel management team and cross-functional stakeholders, this individual will be responsible for:

+ Utilizing a variety of well developed organizational and project management skills, inclusive of providing sales process support and reporting analysis for Channel Sales. + Using sound judgment in the application of general business principles and demonstrating initiative in carrying out assigned duties. + Achieving a high degree of familiarity with an in-depth knowledge of field/headquarters’ policies and procedures.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

+ Supports the business through compiling, preparing and reporting metrics and statistical data used in the analysis of partner performance + Evaluates business challenges and recommends solutions to Channel Management team + Supports day-to-day business operations by coordinating with cross-functional teams + Ensures the successful completion of required deliverables/milestones + Compiles weekly sales forecast and monthly program compliance reviews + Coordinates plans and participates in sales manager meetings and conference calls. Prepares presentations for Channel Sales Director + Act as liaison between sales, allocations, finance and shipping to ensure orders are booked, shipped and billed correctly + Provides support as the first point of contact for Channel sales and partners on program, pricing and system related questions + Manages SLAs for revenue generating processes performed by the Partner Support Center + Collects partner targets and achievements from Finance, releases to channel managers for review with partners + Ensures accuracy of distribution pricebook and communicates any sku/product updates to distribution + Drives operational efficiencies, best practices and other improvement initiatives with senior management + Acts as partner advocate for processes, metrics, measurements and tools developed for management of the business

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

+ Advanced Excel skills + Ability to multi-task + Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail + Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize projects and deliverables + Ability to work effectively with senior management + Ability to manage in a matrix environment + Ability to work well in a collaborative environment + SFDC Experience a plus
