Provide advice on the Procurement process and technology transformations in areas including designing procurement operating models, Procure to Pay (P2P), supplier relationship management, technology optimization, and procurement performance management. Design and deploy advanced analytic solutions through the development of spend taxonomies and data collection and enrichment activities. Provide improvements in sourcing in category management: develop category strategies and playbooks; execute strategic sourcing, auctions, and tactical sourcing events; and perform supplier segmentation analysis. Deploy contract technologies, design collaboration processes, and develop contract migration strategies. Work on Procure to Pay transformations, identifying opportunities and quantifying business value to C-Level executives. Develop buying and payment channel strategies and P2P business cases and execute catalogs and P-card programs. Lead functional design workshops. Design on-premise and SaaS software solutions, leveraging supplier networks and portals. Provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
