Advisory - Performance Improvement (PI) - Technology Enablement (TE) - SAP - FIN - Manager (Multiple Positions), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Los Angeles, CA. Focus on the design and optimization of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) packages. Carry out Project Management through the client's project lifecycle including ERP project governance, requirements definition, vendor selection, risk analysis, customization, testing, implementing, training and roll out. Provide business development assistance and assist in developing applicable methodologies, tools, approaches, points of view, thought leadership and accelerators. Team with client technology professionals, and/or third party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions. Provide leadership to employees, manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities. Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
