What You'll Do
Cisco's Connected Capability Enablement (CCE) Advocacy & Change Enablement (ACE) team is seeking a motivated, experienced Change Leader to support Cross-Monetization Model software offer scalability. You will lead in supporting the ACE team by aligning software capabilities and supporting change management assets/activities to scale those assets/activities across software offers spanning monetization models. The outcome will ensure effective assimilation of ACE change assets and best practices to determine a consistence change presence across the software portfolio.

As part of the Advocacy & Change team you will be responsible for managing a cross-functional, virtual team of change leads. Applying knowledge of Cisco's software business strategies to proactively anticipate and prioritize change needs. You will innovate on existing best practices to ensure that the needs of our change network is being met while integrating innovation back to the ACE Operating Model. You will build relationships with key theatre and cross-functional (Services, Channels, Sales, CPE, Marketing, IT, etc.) leaders to drive collaborative solutions that maximizes assimilation of ACE assets and overall change impact. You will work in conjunction with the ACE governance structure, CCE delivery teams and offer BU leads

Who You'll Work With
The ACE team is at the center of Change Management supporting the CCE portfolio. The team was established to provide a consistent, program-wide Change Management strategy and governance process, reinforcing the "One Cisco" voice of capability transformation and to support our functions to drive successful adoption of the new capabilities. Functions make up the "Global" change teams, which own the responsibility for identifying the role specific impacts for the stakeholder groups they own, customize the core training to meet those needs, and ensure any additional role based collateral is updated and delivered. Delivery to the end audiences varies across our functional network, with some following a regional model, and others delivering the content directly to the end audiences. The network also includes Business Units (BUs) taking software offers to market aligned to both new and legacy business models.

Who You Are
You will work in a fast paced changing environment using your proven track record of driving effective change across complex change programs at an enterprise level and connecting the dots between functions and processes across the Cisco enterprise. You will have a broad range of change management and leadership skill with the ability to think strategically while solving for tactical issues. You will have the opportunity to use strong collaboration, influencing and facilitation skills to influence and lead outside of the organization and across roles and functions. You will take a large, complex problem and break it down into components, involve others as needed and drive resolution using a detailed, structured and methodical approach. You will work independently and participate primarily with senior management and executives and
drive change by working with the senior executive team. You will also use solid communication skills, be an active listener, and synthesize high level information, as well as have an executive presence with proven ability to present strategic information to a broad range of audiences.

_ Requires BA/BS in Engineering or Business (MBA preferred but not required)
- Industry leader certification such as Prosci (preferred)
- 10+ years' combined experience in managing complex change management programs (either centralized or de-centralized operating models)
- Experience working in large, complex organizations and across multiple BUs simultaneously
- Strong program management, analytical skills, ability to create viable solutions, innovation, and ability to execute flawlessly
- Experience working with one or more BUs
