An Aerospace Technician position in Greensboro, NC is available through Adecco Engineering & Technology. This is a long term contract position with the possibility to go permanent. The ideal Aerospace Technician candidate will possess technical training/education and at least two years of experience working in a similar capacity. The Aerospace Technician will provide assistance with general tasks as assigned by the development engineers they will be supporting.
Daily duties of the Aerospace Technician will include but are not limited to:
Automated test equipment (ATE) set-up and verification (analog, mixed signal, and RF products)
Characterization data collection on Bench and ATE test equipment
Basic hardware troubleshooting
Manual PCB assembly and repair as directed by Engineers
Qualifications for the Aerospace Technician are as follows:
Previous Technical Training/Education
At least two years of similar experience (bench technician, electronics technician, etc)
Proficiency with automated test equipment: generators, scopes, power supplies, multimeters, volt meters, etc
Strong soldering/PCB assembly skills
Solid troubleshooting skills
