Program Manager, Affordable Care Act (ACA). This highly visible and critical role will manage and lead all ACA projects. As Subject Matter Expert the incumbent will be responsible for providing direction and management of all activities that will ensure the ongoing success of the ACA program and all division initiatives linked to the effectiveness of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Program.


Working knowledge of the Affordable Care Act and impacts within the individual/consumer segment of the insurance industry.
4+ years of related program/project management experience in a large scale, cross functional, fast- paced, multi-system, and results-driven environment.
Demonstrated success in the execution of multiple related development projects simultaneously, particularly as Project Manager on systems development, and knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the Project Management Lifecycle.
Exceptional program and project management skills, effectively arranging resources and managing multiple large and complex ongoing projects in a cross-functional environment, work flow balancing, activity scheduling, problem resolution, and flexibility.
High level of analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
Supervision of matrixed project staff including Sr. Project Managers, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Technical Delivery Managers and provide performance feedback. Develop and train program staff.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business or related field or equivalent experience.


Master's degree in related field
Lean Six Sigma working knowledge
PMP Certification
