Responsible for providing advanced sales support to Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and the brokers they support . S elling company products via telephone or written communication. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Assists RSM's and brokers via telephone or written communication.
Responds to inquiries involving commissions, legislation, product information and policies and procedures for Medicare Advantage, PDP, DSNP, Medicare Supplements and Anthem Extras.
Will be expected to assist the RSM reach their sales goals .
Coordinates mailings and fulfillment requests.
Assists in broker road shows.
Provides reports to brokers.
Works on special projects.
Requires a high school diploma; 5 years of related customer service experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Previous health insurance industry experience preferred. Advanced benefits, claims processing or membership knowledge preferred. License required where appropriate.
