Performs tasks associated with the sales and administrative support of an agency with a mindset of “Field First”
The purpose of the position with in the Field Sales Administration team is that it supports the Auto and Home Field Sales staff.  Our goal is to make things easier, streamline processes, and support the field for contracting, onboarding, system access, licensing verification to enable field sales staff in reaching their sales goals.



  • Contracts/Appointments for sales distributions in an assigned territory; i.e. Ind Agent, National Accounts, PCS, MetLifeGA
  • Acts as liaison to Regional Sales Managers, Regional Sales Directors and Agencies
  • Examines and evaluates inquiries; replies by telephone or email
  • Performs various support functions in accordance with standard procedures and under specific instructions. 
  • May examine various transactions and documents for correctness to ensure compliance with company guidelines and for recording purposes. 
  • May select, classify, or compile information from several sources in order to prepare reports or studies. 
  • May examine and evaluate inquiries and reply by telephone or standard form letter. 
  • Will maintain files and/or classify, index, and cross-reference records in a complex filing system. 
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.



  • Communication Skills, ability to communicate with clarity, logic and confidence, both verbally and written.
  • Critical Thinking, ability to analyze situations fully and accurately in order to reach productive decisions.
  • Able to operate effectively in a changing work environment.
  • Solutions Development, ability to work with customers to assess needs and generate appropriate solutions.
  • 2-3 years of related office experience within customer service
