Responsibilities:
§ Develop an agile center of excellence and coaching community
§ Develop and coach team members who are part of the agile coaching community
§ Assist in creation and facilitation of agile Community of practice
§ Develop & deliver rich and engaging training materials for various agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS and Lean) and roles (e.g. SM, PO, RTE, etc.)
§ Coach teams directly to assist with general issues/questions or specific areas of improvement
§ Assist in creating a plan to scale agile across the organization
§ Develop and assist teams with agile metrics
§ Establish new processes and tools that allow teams to "self-serve" majority of their agile questions and support requests
§ Innovate and introduce new approaches to help the organization continually improve their agility
§ Coordinating with multiple extended teams across various organizations to improve communication and reduce risk

Qualifications
§ 15+ years of overall industry experience and over 10 years of hands-on agile experience
§ Over 3 years of experience as an agile coach and trainer
§ Hands on experience as a scrum master, product owner, etc.
§ Advance skills in leading and influencing teams through change
§ Extremely organized with advance time-management skills and ability to coordinate large cross-functional teams
§ Passionate and energized self-starter and problem solver
§ A masterful coach and mentor
§ Excellent presentation skills (content creation and delivery)
§ Excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills
§ Bachelor's degree (preferably BSCS or similar) and Master's degree
§ Certifications desired: PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, CEC, SPC4/SPCT4
