Specializes in collecting, organizing and analyzing data from various resources. Manages reporting on data quality metrics. Serves as a highly visible financial operations subject matter expert (SME) and manages the financial relationship between the company and assigned client(s).
Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Improve the effectiveness of our customer program solutions.
Partner with department leadership to develop dashboard using Microstrategy.
Be responsible for daily analysis of metrics.
Implement analytics tracking and resolve data integrity issues.
Manages reporting on data quality metrics in Excel.
Able to identify correlations after manipulating raw data.
Builds comprehensive graphs and presentations in Microsoft Office Suite
Creates and runs reports to identify issues and remediates.
Work with Web Development to implement analytics tracking and resolve data integrity issues.
Drives data quality rules, procedures, new processes, and the standards for normalization of data entered into the system.
Provide analyses and reports as need for internal customers.
Provide clarity and transparency regarding financial spend and related analytics for client project and programs.
Leads financial related projects focusing on quality deliverable and meeting deadlines.
Performs need, trend, and feasibility. Performance and cost-benefit assessments to ensure client and company requirements are fulfilled. Documents and communicates results accordingly.
Ensures requests and initiatives are fulfilled consistently and with a high level of integrity.
Develops, implements and utilizes financial and statistical models, performance metrics and other tools to track performance to operating plans.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE & OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA (Graduate degree preferred) in statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related degree with a minimum of three (3) years of related analytical, project management and or financial modeling experience.
2 - 4 years of project management experience in an interactive environment, experience in agile marketing is a plus.
Experience with Microstrategy
Experience working in cross functional teams and leading by influence.
Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations.
Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management is required.
Experience developing product specs and ability to identify and prioritize product and project requirements.
Passion for data and how to leverage it to drive business initiatives and decisions.
Skilled in reducing large multi-dimensional data sets into more meaningful, actionable data.
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills.
Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical.
Competencies in Basecamp, Google Analytics, issue tracking software tools and other related project management and communications tools are required.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Advance proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
