U.S. BOLD Program Job Description (for Summer 2018)�Global Business Operations is the strategic business partner to Dell EMC?s world class Sales organization.� The Business Operations Leadership Development Program (BOLD) is a three-year job rotation program that includes a comprehensive training curriculum, ongoing mentoring, and numerous networking opportunities.� Program members are assigned to three one-year rotations across several Business Operations functions such as financial planning and analysis, data science and analytics, pricing, sales operations, and sales strategy.� We are looking for enthusiastic, collaborative, results-oriented individuals with strong analytical and problem solving skills.� Success in the BOLD Program requires the ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.��All U.S. BOLD program positions are in Hopkinton, MA or Franklin, MA.�Responsibilities will vary across roles but typical duties may include:?������������ Daily reporting and analysis of key performance metrics.?������������ Business planning by product line and/or geographical selling territory.?������������ Creating and streamlining processes and reporting specific to key operational initiatives.?������������ Providing field support and systems updates to enable accurate sales reporting.?������������ Evaluating customer quotes and pricing against internal and competitive benchmarks.?������������ Building predictive models using data analytics.?������������ Supporting sales programs through analysis, documentation, and communication.�Critical Skills & Requirements:?������������ Strong communication and interpersonal skills?������������ Leadership and initiative?������������ Collaboration and teamwork?������������ Analytical and problem-solving proficiency?������������ Integrity and accountability?������������ Positive and enthusiastic attitude?������������ GPA of 3.0 or greater?������������ Targeted majors include Finance, Analytics, Economics, Operations, Management, Accounting Dell is an equal opportunity employer.
