The Community Banking (CB) Risk and Compliance division is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as an Analytic Consultant on the CB Complaints Management team. This position will report to the CB Group Complaints Analytics and Systems Architecture Manager. The Complaints Management Team is charged with administering a CB-level Complaint Management Program across all CB lines of business (LOBs) in adherence with Corporate Complaints Management Policy requirements and guidance administered by the Corporate Complaints Oversight Group (COG). Though CB has primary ownership for deposit-related products and services (among others it manages), CB is a servicing channel for almost all products and services across Wells Fargo with 20+ contact centers, digital channels and over 6,200+ branches.
This position is responsible for providing critical Community Bank executive-level and line of business reporting and data analytics for the Complaints Program. There is impact to any potential audits and exams, both from internal auditors and external regulatory examiners. This position will provide input and strategic insight to ensure the transformation of data results in timely and actionable reporting. Such reporting will assist leaders in decision-making relative to Community Bank products, services and process improvements that will positively impact both customers and team members. The Analytic Consultant will leverage technical analytics tools and metrics to identify complaint trends and measure the success of complaint-related remediation activities as it relates to process improvement and business initiatives.
