Job Description

Canidates will work directly with partners, responsible for identifying and defining business requirements and translating business needs into moderately complex analysis and recommendations. Peform analysis of finding and trends using statistical analysis, modeling, process documentation, etc. Identifies and recommends potential data sources; compiles and mines data from multiple, cross functional sources. Develop specific, customized reports, ad hoc analysis and/or data visualizations. Ensure adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies. May provide guidance with less experienced specialists/consultants. May partner with technology and/or other business groups.

The Wholesale Loan Services Data, Metrics and Analytics team supports WLS leadership in all their data and reporting needs. Candidates for this position must also possess the following:

  1. Knowledge of database and data management concepts
  2. Ability to interpret, manipulate and develop SQL queries.
  3. Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
  4. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  5. Ability to work with various levels of senior leadership.
  6. Intermediate to advanced MS Excel
  7. Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs.
  8. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  9. Strong organizational, multi-taking and prioritizing skills.
  10. Manage and maintain multiple SharePoint sites

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both; or a BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 2+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of SharePoint administration experience
  • Deep understanding of SharePoint workflows, InfoPath, forms and customized forms
  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau Data Visualization and Alteryx Data Designer
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
