Joy M. Phillips of Robert Half Technology is seeking an Analytics Specialist for a direct hire opportunity. The duties of this Analytics Specialist include working in partnership with multiple teams to develop and implement an analytics strategy, enhancing marketing activities, customer journeys and audience growth. Other duties include researching, analyzing and translating high volumes of data from multiple sources, managing and leading the implementation and use of attribution management tools, tag management and tagging logic, understanding their impact on business reporting, developing and training new repotting tools and processes from DoubleClick and Adwords to real-time dashboards, developing and delivering a suite of standard and dashboards to support the digital and marketing team's decision making and KPI management. Potential candidates for this Analytics Specialist should have a minimum of 4 plus years working in a strategic marketing/digital role, solid understanding of basic marketing principles, brand strategy, social and paid media advertising, CRM, e-commerce and SEM. Other requirements include Advanced skills in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Data Visualization, Facebook Business Manager, and the ability to advance analytical tools beyond Excel into the visualization of Big Data and produce large datasets and visual tools.
