  • Minimum 2 years experience heavy coding as an individual contributor with .NET or Java
  • Minimum one project or two years experience working with detailed technical designs, including an ability to recognize design gaps and create and update documentation
  • Minimum one project or 1 years experience writing and executing unit test conditions
  • Minimum 6 months experience with modern web technologies such as AngularJS, Bootstrap, or other frameworks
  • Minimum 6 months experience doing mobile development and or application web development
  • 100% Travel as project requires 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience working in an Agile Scrum development process
  • Have a passion to solve complex development problems and produce the highest quality code while striving to push the technical boundaries of online applications Experience doing client facing consulting work
  • Experience leading small technical teams, on or off shore
  • Experience working as part of large project team
  • Experience across the all phases of the software development lifecycle SLDC

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
