Primary responsibility is training and onboarding new hires. Will also be responsible for updating training documentation and DTPs, daily workflow assignment to the processors, SPA box monitoring, Critical escalation research/resolution, and process improvements/efficiencies. Candidate will be working in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, JIRA, and Image Vision. Successful candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, strong problem resolution skills, good time management and organization skills, self motivated, basic analytical skills, ability to work with other teams driving for resolution.
