Position Summary: Join CVS health as an Analyst of Application Development. As an Analyst, App Development, you will be responsible for participating in small to mid-size projects and/or individually work requests to completion with user satisfaction under minimal guidance. Accountable to meet project deliverables, ensuring that established timelines and cost estimates are maintained. You will also be expected to participate in system enhancements, internal quality assurance review and post implementation support.
Entry level code development under guidance of technical leadership Ability to analyze and identify areas for improvement, present recommendations and implement changes as appropriate per established design Effectively present information and respond to questions either one-on-one or to groups, regular status to management. Share technical and business expertise with other team members Work with IT Management and business partners to understand business, functional and technical issues to effectively apply technical solutions. Devise or modify procedures to solve problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and desired results. Required Qualifications:-Minimum of 1+ years of information technology application development experience including the following:
- 1+ years of experience working in the PBM industry
- 1+ years of Medicare experience
- 1+ years of experience with the Software Development Life-cycle (concept to deployment)
- 1+ years of experience Excel, Word, and OutlookPreferred Qualifications:PBM or Formulary Experience is a plusEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
