Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
• Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Coordinating end-to-end SAP build, upgrade, and SAP maintenance activities including fixing issues reported in automatic/manual monitoring, security patching, backups, and SAP break/fix ticket resolution; identifying and resolving complex administrative issues (application and database crashes, backup failures, and disaster recovery mock runs) affecting the SAP systems ECC, Portal, PI, GTS, SAP Mobile Platform, and Redwood; Administering Snap Manager for SAP flex-clone, SNAPSHOT, and SNAPMIRROR operations; Collaborating with business/IT to collect requirements and developing technical work plans and technical architecture designs; Troubleshooting system performance/response time and system errors (application, OS, and DB) at a technical level, and providing guidance to Functional and Development teams regarding corrective action; and, Creating and presenting technical reports to C-level audience, including leading conference calls with client and internal leadership.
• Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
