The position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in IT including the following professional experience: 5 years utilizing Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence technologies to implement and oversee operation processes and incidents; 2 years coordinating operation configuration management, backup and recovery, security management, and disaster recovery; 3 years executing structured change, release, incident, and problem management practices; 3 years applying technical and functional knowledge of data warehousing across multiple technologies/appliances such as but not limited to: [Teradata, Parallel Data Warehouse, Netezza, Informatica, MSBI (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), SharePoint BI , Qlikview, Tableau, or Business Objects]; 5 years of experience managing operation support troubleshooting.
