Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts
Contracts Development is building the next generation of Contract Management product for Fusion Applications. Our product provides a rich set of features to manage a customer's Procurement Contracts, Purchase Agreements, Project Contracts and Repository Contracts. We are also working on enhancements to support Sales, Service, Subscription and Usage Agreements.
The Fusion Contract Management product combines the best features of our existing EBS Contract Management products (Service Contracts, Project Contracts and Procurement Contracts) that are widely used and benefits from extensive customer feedback and experience. It is based on the standard J2EE and SOA platforms available on Oracle Fusion Middleware.
Our team is tasked with development of Oracle Service Contracts within the Enterprise Contracts. Service Contracts development includes, develop complex UI and backend components.
We work with Java, J2EE, SOA, Web Services, and Database technologies on the backend; and ADF and Web Center technologies for UI. We are also involved in standards activities, customer engagements and integration with a wide variety of products.
Members of our team currently perform tasks such as the following:
Design and implement next-generation Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contract features.
Develop key features and product offerings for a variety of industries.
Involved in architecture and design of the deliverables.
Design and execute tests, debug applications and resolve variety of technical issues.
Skill set desired:
- BS or MS degree in Computer science or equivalent
- Must be a good hands on JAVA Developer
- 2 Years of UI Development experience
- Knowledge in JSF / ADF and its internals is desirable
- BC4J knowledge is desirable
- HTML / Java Script knowledge is desirable
- Must independently design, develop and troubleshoot UI for very complex product work flows
- Work with multiple teams and drive key UI Design patterns
- Framework development experience highly desirable
- Have ability to fine tune software and database queries for performance improvements
- Have ability to work in an extremely fast paced and challenging environment
- Have ability to work with customers and troubleshoot support issues
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
