Job Description

Wholesale Lending Technology (WLT) is a primary provider of lending solutions that meet our business customer s financial needs via various delivery and relationship management channels. WLT is responsible for the design, development, support and brokerage of various applications that have a mix of legacy, middleware and vendor off the shelf software. Candidate will be responsible for development and support of 3rd party developed software.

This Apps Systems Engineer 4 position would be responsible for the following:

  • Own vendor engagement for production issues, patches and software upgrades.
  • Responsible for SDLC around software upgrades working with LOB partners, Project Managers amd Middleware Teams.
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of 3rd party vendor application development experience
  • 2+ years of 3rd party vendor application production support experience
  • 2 + years of .Net and Java application development experience or a combination of both
  • 5+ years of application development and implementation experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to manage software implementations in multi-tiered environments
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery procedures/solutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of Java
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology application support: production and nonproduction environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology object oriented: programming: C++, JavaScript, or Java
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology software: deployments design, engineering, and support
  • Knowledge and understanding of MS Azure cloud computing technology
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
