Develop and maintain software applications critical to the operations of Caremark by, incorporating peripheral knowledge of other CVS Health applications and related technologies in the analysis and design of complex solutions.The Sr Analyst App Development is proficient in all critical functions for the application(s) assigned, and is expected to champion SDLC methods and best practices on the team, to ensure that quality standards are met.Responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions as assigned, ensuring and adhering to all established methodologies, standards and guidelines, delivering projects artifacts including but not limited to: project requirements, analysis & design documents, programming specifications, test plans and results, and programming documentation while delivering assignments within specified time frames.Required Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of demonstrated leadership in application development (SDLC) or technical operations environment.
- 5-7 years of experience with AS/400 and related technologies Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years Synon/2e, 5+ years RPG experience, and consulting skills are preferred.
- Experience and a thorough understanding of RxClaim or other PBM applications used by CVS Health is a plus.
- Experience providing effective solutions based on subject matter expertise.
- Experience in leading technical aspects of a project effectively.
- Experience in participation with negotiating and delivering customer requirements or demands Education:High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of IT related experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer SciencesBusiness Overview:
