Asset Management Coordinator

Our client is looking to bring on an asset coordinator to assist with the "global network refresh" project in regards to tracking the orders of Network and Telecomm equipment sent out to the various locations to ensure it arrives on time. In addition, this person will be responsible for software maintenance and licensing for all of the network hardware being shipped out to different sites.

Assist the Project team in managing and tracking all Network and Telecom equipment. This is done by assisting with shipping activities, asset identification, inventory tracking and audit in accordance with inventory control procedures, warranty tracking, defining and managing inventory levels, and managing relationships with vendors, and supporting relevant project and functional needs (e.g., Information Security Projects).

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
*Assist as needed in all shipping functions (i.e. scheduling pickups with shipping companies, processing ServiceNow tickets for shipment, package equipment, and recording shipments in ServiceNow Coordinate with appropriate personnel to have addresses/Asset CI information updated in ServiceNow
*Assist in managing the maintenance and licensing related to the Network and Telecom Equipment
*Process documentation for managing maintenance and licensing related to the Network and Telecom Equipment
*Assist as needed with reviewing the project queue and ensure proper disposition of tickets to provide the quickest and correct solution to our customers
*Must be able to meet project deadlines and work under pressure
*Must be a team player that is willing to help others
*Assist as needed with project audits to insure our inventory matches our records in CA Asset Management and accounting has accurate information reconcile as needed
*Participate as needed in project related RMA Returns
*Update and oversee all project related asset records after shipment or delivery in CA asset management system. This will verify assets are properly assigned to the correct operating company, division and office so accounting has accurate info for assets that are being disposed of monthly.
*Work with the client team as needed and oversee new office orders and equipment relocations, make sure equipment orders are pulled, equipment ordered if not in stock, ship to arrive on the requested arrival date. Maintain stock as needed for phone switch builds; work with office transition team members as needed. Assist in scheduling pickups of assets as offices close or relocate and assign them correctly in CA Asset Management to show where they go once received

Primary responsibilities will be the coordination and tracking of IT assets within an asset management software tool. Resource will also be the primary point of contact for scheduling deliveries of IT assets to field offices. Collaboration, communication and organizational skills are critical for the success of this role.

Job Requirements
* Able to track and coordinate inbound/outbound equipment through Procurement and Warehouse inventory for the client's Global Network project
* Ability to track and report accurate inventory, configuration data, progress metrics, and project artifacts
* Able to communicate with executives and stakeholders at scheduled client offices prior to installation dates for confirmation of schedules, receipt of required equipment, and administrative trouble shooting
* Able to perform additional administrative project tasks requires by Allegis for the purpose of maintaining accurate and timely complete of the client's Global Network project.
