Our department is currently seeking an experienced commercial account representative to service our commercial lines clients as we centralize the servicing to our Phoenix location. Our team is committed to work with customers now and over time to help protect their business with the right insurance coverage at the right price. We are a comprehensive agency offering a wide range of commercial products from multiple carriers in 50 states.
The Assistant Account Representative provides customer service support to customers by preparing information, managing data and producing documents. Maintains accuracy and completeness of data in the agency management system. May respond to customer requests.
**Work hours for this position are 8am to 5pm during day light savings time and 9am to 6pm off day light savings time.**

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following, and adhering to and if applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
It was recently announced that Wells Fargo Insurance Services will be sold to USI Insurance Services (USI). The sale is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2017. We are continuing to recruit for all open positions supporting Wells Fargo Insurance Services, but want to ensure you are aware that when the sale closes this position will be transferred to USI.
