Assistant Director -Small Commercial Strategic Sales Marketing
Reporting to the Head of Small Commercial Strategic Partnerships & Programs, this role is accountable for sales marketing to significant business partners and strategic business initiatives. The position will create dynamic sales marketing assets in support of the vision of the business, its leaders, and the broader sales organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Partners with the Chief Sales & Distribution Officer and the Head of Strategic Partnerships & Programs to create and execute sales and marketing strategies to significant business partners
  • Partner, create and coordinate sales marketing assets in support of the broader sales organization
  • Execute a disciplined sales marketing plan and sales marketing strategy for the business to its key partners
  • Partner internally to develop materials for the sales organization in support of sales execution
  • Ensures all sales marketing assets are dynamic and highly professional reflective of the significance of key business partnerships
  • Coordinates engagement with Sales Performance, Sales Tools, Sales Training, Partner Compensation, Internal Communications and the Agency Education to support strategic business initiatives
  • Partner internally to support key sales engagements for the business and the enterprise

Minimum experience, education and skills required:
  • 3-5 years marketing or communications experience required
  • Experience in delivering successful marketing strategies to key business partners
  • Depth in content creation, campaign development, marketing strategy, and execution
  • Business acumen and analytical skill set capable of developing metrics and KPIs to measure success
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering excellent results through collaboration in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent marketing skills, including use of Prezi/Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Creativity, outstanding written and verbal communications skills, attention to detail
  • Personal accountability for results and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Outstanding consultative skills, including the confidence and ability to effectively counsel sales & marketing peers and leaders on how to improve the effectiveness of field-facing campaigns, strategies and programs
  • Ability to manage several complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree required.
