Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting

Minimum of 7 years of financial statutory accounting experience including having played a central role in a financial reporting or statutory accounting team, demonstrating ability to prepare management and financial accounts to external audit, SOX and Internal Controls and Compliance standard

Minimum of 5 years of Account Receivables, Revenue Recognition, Commissions Royalties calculations

Minimum of 5 years of Multinational and Multicurrency experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience with ERP systems and SAP

Minimum of 3 years of experience with MS Excel to include Pivot Tables, V Look ups, SumIfs, Embedding Objects, Pivot Charts

Minimum of 4 years of experience operating in a management leadership position

 

Qualified CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing resources processes across multiple locations and or geographies in a remote virtual team environment

Minimum of 3 years of direct line management responsibility of a team of Finance Accounting professionals, including setting priorities, managing performance and resource development

Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading delivery of operational process improvements

 

Action oriented with acute attention to detail, positive attitude and flexibility

Strong sense of personal accountability and self motivation

Ability to prioritize deliverables and team workload to achieve primary objective within tight deadlines

Ability to make timely decisions on treatment of monthly adjustments using technical knowledge to ensure compliance controls are not compromised

Strong verbal and written communication skills, Writes, speaks, and presents information effectively and persuasively to the team, client and the wider Accenture organization

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to research, understand and resolve a wide range of issues across the accounting service offered
