Adecco, is currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate is someone with 2+ years' experience in Mailroom operations, 5+ years' experience in an Supervisory role, and strong Customer Service skills.

Able to quickly identify the different couriers (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL).
Able to utilize basic mail software (e.g. WTS or send suite).
Able to lift 35 lbs.
Understands how to delegate and motivate staff to get the job done in the most efficient way possible.
Able to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
Flexible and willing to learn.
Proficient in all aspects of word.
Able to assist with conference room set ups.
Excellent Customer Service
HS Diploma or equivalent
2+ years' experience in a mail supervisory position
Has the ability to be multitask
