Adecco has a current job opportunity for Assistant Office Manager in Phoenix, AZ. $14/hrly, part time 20 hours a week JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manage the front desk/office space - greet partner drivers and other office visitors. Corporate expense reporting and budget management. Provide calendar scheduling assistance. Provide general city operations support. Work with building managers to set up new employees. Organize office events, team trips, and outings (there is a lot of celebrating here at Uber!). Be point person for all building management needs including complex moves. Support Office Manager with general organization. Order catering/groceries (yes, free food is taken very seriously here) and supplies for office.
