As Assistant Manager, you will have opportunity to have a direct impact on our growth strategy, develop a winning team and be part of a culture which embraces, Team, Community, Respect and Integrity: 

The Assistant Manager is responsible for learning and managing the operational and merchandising areas of the Clubs. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Managing all operational and merchandise areas of the Club to ensure compliance with policies and procedures including shrink, expense control, human resources, payroll, labor scheduling
  • Developing & administering procedures and processes to ensure compliance with operational and merchandising policies  
  • Ensuring the Club’s building, equipment, furniture and fixtures are properly maintained and in working order 
  • Managing the Club’s budget, including payroll, repairs and maintenance and other controllable expenses to achieve the Club’s planned profit 
  • Developing Team Members and Managers for internal growth and assisting with the hiring process
  • Performing management functions in the absence of the General Manager


  • High school diploma, college degree preferred 
  • At least 3 years of retail supervisory experience 
  • Knowledge of club operations, receiving and merchandising
