This position will support the OTR Dealer Group within the Commercial Vehicle Group (“CVG”). This individual may be assigned a volume and gross profit objective for assigned client accounts; assists the management teams in supporting customer requests for accounts; and is responsible for the development of new accounts and expanding existing account relationships.

Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements..

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relationship management experience

  • Strong experience resolving and working through escalated and complex customer issues
  • Extensive client relationship management experience
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of lease and loan products, pricing, credit underwriting, and documentation processes
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze financial metrics
  • Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders, and team members
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • Some travel to meet with customers and prospects will be required for this role; Typically <10% of the time.
