  • Lead the Expatriate accounting and analysis function for the both US and non-US benefits and expenses, including payroll taxes
  • Provide support for mobility programs including international/domestic assignments and taxation by engaging with Global Mobility to develop and maintain relationships and continuous communication
  • Own, along with Global Mobility, the relationship with the vendor firms, including decisions about assumptions, disclosures and compliance requirements
  • Review and approve account reconciliations and journal entries in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, accounting policies and certifications policies
  • Manage offshore accounting resources by providing direction and training as needed
  • Manage and contribute to the calculations of incentive plan payments for eligible employees across the company; review calculations and results to ensure they are in compliance with the incentive plans and track exceptions to standard policies, own the payment notification and reporting process, and manage the preparation of accounting entries, trend reports and other financial analysis
  • Maintain models that will provide; estimates and accruals for the accounting process, forecasts and budgets for Financial Planning and Analysis teams and trending analysis to Finance, Business and Human Resource leaders
  • Partner with Finance, Business, Global Human Resources and other functional groups to drive process simplification, systematic automation and a strong control environment
  • Provide expertise and support by prioritizing inquires and special requests ensuring timely resolution and follow up, engage appropriate functional partners to drive issue resolution
  • Develop guidelines, procedures and documentation for the incentive compensation process. Ensure that regulatory, management and SOX reporting is completed accurately and timely. Comply with all controls including attestations, documentation and validation requirements
Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline and CPA a plus
  • 10+ years work experience in a finance, accounting or compensation role with expatriate accounting experience and incentive compensation management experience
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness handling sensitive information
  • Experience leading a team and building strong relationships in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work in a fasted paced environment and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently
  • Attention to detail and strong risk and control oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
