Current Need

The Associate Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for delivering both customer satisfaction and account sales growth for critical access hospital accounts. Individual serves as strategic partner of customer (c-suite focused). Fundamentally, understands customer’s business / technical priorities, including IT roadmap, new product requirements, product utilization, and upgrades. In this role, the Account Executive drives systematic business planning with customer.

Location: Remote/Telecommuter position. Must live close to a major metro airport in the Northeast/New England area and be willing to do at least 50% overnight travel.  We'd prefer someone in either Pittsburgh, PA or Boston, MA. 


Position Description

■ Strategic partner with customer
– Conducts quarterly business reviews with C-suite and key decision makers
– Updates account plan on a quarterly basis
– Helps customer achieve optimal product utilization

■ Manages customer satisfaction
– Proactively manages and resolves customer issues
– Tracks progress and issues across delivery teams
– Alerts customers to any change in project deadlines


■ Grows footprint in own product area
– Brings in other teams as needed to close add on deal sales


■ Coordinates with other BU success teams
– Shares new business opportunities with other BUs
– Coordinates with other BU support and service teams at account
– Establishes, maintains and coordinates technical dialogue between business units

Qualifications


Minimum Requirements
Entry level existing account sales experience

Critical Skills

1-2 years healthcare ales experience

Healthcare clinical and or financial knowledge

Ability to translate technical understanding to action plans and issue resolution

Ability to navigate McKesson Technology Solutions (MTS) resources

Ability to coordinate across functions

 

Education
4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.  A degree in a healthcare related field would also be considered.    

Physical Requirements
Up to 50% overnight travel required
