Description

Cintas is currently looking for an Associate Account Manager to assist in driving execution of key projects and customer satisfaction through the coordination of internal and external communication while supporting the Account Management team. Responsibilities include project coordination, assisting in account management and implementation, monitoring and managing pricing, report generation and analysis, customer website maintenance, customer program audits and inventory management.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant business discipline preferred
• Minimum of 1 year account/customer relationship management required
• Minimum of 1 year of office experience required
• Previous experience communicating , verbally and in writing, with employees at all levels of an organization required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email and Internet) required; Access and Contact Management systems preferred
• Previous experience in problem resolution with collaboration required
• Ability to travel up to 10%.required
