Preferred Qualifications
This role is responsible for acting as liaison between Oracle go-to-market functions and the NetSuite Global Business Unit-working with existing GSIs under the strategic alliance portfolio to enhance their knowledge of the NetSuite product offering and enabling them to consume more of the NetSuite subscription. The candidate will create and assist with the execution of multi-year business plans with Regional Systems Integrators as well as Regional Business/Strategy/Management Consulting Firms that are part of NetSuite's Alliance Partner Program ("Regional Alliance Partners"). This role also supports new partner contract negotiations, renews partner agreements, shares the NetSuite GBU's strategy and product value propositions with the Regional Alliance Partner's mid-level management and sells education services to the Regional Alliance Partners. This role is also responsible for driving expansion of the partner's NetSuite consulting practice on a regional scale and assists with introducing Regional Alliance Partners into new territories. The role is responsible for working with marketing to increase internal and external exposure of the Oracle Alliance Partners as well as is responsible for selling event sponsorships to these partners.

This role requires:
- Knowledge of the NetSuite Alliance Partner Program and NetSuite GTM Team Organization
- Business capabilities to understand the Regional Alliance Partner's business model
- Execution of Alliance Partner's business plans, including the ability to independently follow the Alliance Manager's capacity plan expansion goals to align with local sales growth

2 years of sales or marketing work experience with a bachelor's degree or better is preferred.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic initiatives, offerings or solutions with marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners and Regions to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Develop cadence with each partner to review business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred. Prefer graduate degree or equivalent with 0 - 2 year marketing experience.
