Associate Analyst, Compensation & Benefits

The Compensation & Benefits Associate Analyst will be responsible for managing day to day program responsibilities within the Total Rewards team. The role will be responsible for conducting various analyses to ensure effective and efficient management of programs as well as identify areas of improvement. He/she will be the single point of contact for all HR team members and associates.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationship with vendors
  • Answer questions submitted by associates, HR and/or vendor
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor compensation programs
  • Analyze program effectiveness and efficiency and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Process invoices each period

Qualifications/Requirements :
  • Minimum 4 year college degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration with applicable work experience
  • Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Self-directed, "get-it-done" work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with little instruction
  • Project management skills
  • Vendor management
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of company personnel and vendors
