As a Marketing Consumer Associate Brand Manager, Communications, Wound Care Franchise you will become an integral part of a Brand Communications Team. The Associate Brand Manager, Communications will support the (Senior) Brand Manager of Integrated Planning & Communications in the following areas: 

  • Management, planning and execution of both short and long-term business and marketing initiatives. 
  • He / She may be asked to assume key Brand responsibilities such as Paid Media & Connections Planning, Communications Strategy & Content Development, Owned, Earned & Shared Media, and a multitude of other fun, interesting and educational projects which he or she can own. 
  • He / she will also work side-by-side with other ABMs to drive marketing activities and help fuel growth for the overall brand.

The Associate Brand Manager, Communications position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The individual must possess a keen marketing/consumer curiosity and the strong leadership skills to pursue each project with enthusiasm and passion.

  • BA/BS in Marketing or a related business field is required.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of business experience is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of progressive marketing experience or a combination of sales and marketing experience is required.
  • CPG marketing experience is preferred.
  • Candidates must have good communication and influencing skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented.
  • Ability to work within and lead a cross functional team required. 
  • Strong business analytics, strategic thinking, consumer insights development, understanding of core marketing levers and advertising experience are required.
  • Must possess demonstrated leadership and delivery of consistently strong results.
  • Position requires up to 20% domestic travel.
