Scott Safety is a well-established, leading brand in the Life Safety Industry with revenue of approximately $600 million dollars and 1100 employees with five manufacturing sites. Scott Safety specializes in respiratory protection devices including self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), gas and flame detection products and personal protective equipment (PPE). Main end use markets include Fire Services, Military and Civil Defense, Petro-Chemical Oil and Gas, Marine and general industrial markets.Key Responsibilities
Supports the VP, Global Sales and the regional and vertical sales teams with programmatic support, data analysis, sales forecasting and reporting, process development and management and day-to-day sales operational management and support as required.
Leads a team of support professionals who deliver sales team administrative support and initiate and execute programs to improve, structure, and automate sales the processes and systems that support the worldwide sales effort and customer relationships, in close collaboration with other departments.
Leads and manages worldwide sales operations processes in collaboration with the regional sales leaders to ensure deployment of best practices and common operating processes. (including revenue forecasting and the 90 day planning process).
Works with executives and sales management to ensure timely, appropriate implementation of commercial processes to enhance sales results and the customer experience. Additionally, this individual builds and maintains strong business relationships with global field sales teams, and educates the field sales organization on company processes, procedures, tools and initiatives as they pertain to Sales Operations.
Successfully collaborates with Regional Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Services, and Engineering as well as the Executive team as necessary.

- 10 years functional
