Adecco is assisting a local Client and recruiting for an Associate Fraud Specialist. This position is for Adecco's global payment technology solutions client.

Position Details

Position: Associate Fraud Specialist

Location: Denver, CO

Duration: Five Months

We are looking to fill the following 1st shifts:
8:00 - 4:30pm 8:00 - 4:30pm 7:30 - 4:00pm 9:00 - 5:30pm 7:30 - 4:00pm 7:30 - 6:00pm


JOB OVERVIEW:

An Associate Fraud Specialist's main priority is to service cardholders via inbound and outbound phone calls in relation to possible fraudulent activity on their Debit card.
Associates must utilize soft skills, be empathetic, ask clarifying questions and provide accurate information.
Associates may permanently block a card to mitigate additional fraudulent activity or remove a block to facilitate legitimate spending at the point of sale.
Either scenario requires strict adherence to procedures in order to ensure a positive customer experience.


EDUCATION AND SKILLS OVERVIEW:

Up to two years' experience in Card Fraud Services or related field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong PC knowledge, including MS Office, Word, and Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful and confrontational situations.
