Work with Business Users and other Wealth Management (WM) teams to define, understand, and refine requirements and turn them into specifications. Maintain and report status on multiple projects. Keep track of issues and actions to ensure they are being addressed and escalated accordingly. Interact with the broader Access Management team to gain understanding of the Technology System Architecture (TSA) and high level goals. Incorporate that knowledge into designs and specs where relevant. Work with business analyst to review requirements. Analysis and design of various project requirements along with Architect. Work with information architects to design data models. Develop quality code, use test scripts as per the design and deliver code on time. Unit test, validate the code, and check-in the code to source control system. Create change tickets, builds and follow-up with web-ops, DBAs for deployments. Participate in QA defect calls and work with QA lead to resolve any defects. Promote changes to production from QA. Monitor and involved in maintenance and support of the production environment. Critical review of coding styles, test case development, and execution and understanding of the business problems to be solved. Work with Business Users and other WM Tech teams to define, understand, and refine requirements and turn them into specifications. Work with Project Managers to schedule tasks and load-balance staff. Entitlement review using Aveksa governance tool and integration of the same with Oracle Waveset identity system for de-provisioning via SPML. Risk management and internal controls for a business by implementing Segregation of Duties. User lifecycle management from new hire to termination along with Automatic Triggers to provision and de-provision as per the business rules including High Risk and Normal Transfers. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and relate opportunities for internal control improvement.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or closely related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as an IT Consultant, IT Analyst, System Engineer, or related occupation. Requires four (4) years of experience with the following skills: Java; J2EE; Spring framework; Spring MVC; Hibernate; Design Patterns; ATN Scripts; developing custom adapters and connectors including PCG, DB2, Sybase, and RACF enhancements with Java/J2EE; Test-Driven Development (TDD) using Junit; XML; SOAP; Microsoft SQL Server with T-SQL/Store Procedures; Identity and Access Management; Oracle Waveset Identity Manager; Aveksa IAM Products; customizing Identity and Access solutions to match business and security requirements; Parallel and Multi-Approval Flows in Identity and Access Management (IAM) system; Sun Identity Manager (Oracle Waveset) or similar identity management product; Aveksa; SSIS/DTS packages; Business analytics tool Tableau/Qlikview; Unix/Linux operating system; SDLC and basic Project Management; database modeling and development including SQL server and DB2/Sybase; provisioning and de-provisioning covering the temporary access and persistent provisioning; software design patterns; unit testing; performance/memory analysis; and n-tier service-oriented architecture.
