The Compensation Finance group resides within the Corporate and Other Segment Finance group and is responsible for the financial reporting, planning and analysis related to the company’s various cash and equity based compensation plans.

The group seeks an Associate Manager, Accounting & Compensation Reporting & Analysis who, using a detailed understanding of accounting and financial reporting, will draft and review key financial documents, support the monthly and quarterly close processes, perform forecasting and financial activities, and effectively communicate vital information to the group’s leadership. This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with compensation policies and regulations and implementing financial reporting and process changes as necessary. This role will also support management with program design and long-term decision making, and will develop a deep and broad understanding of the details of the compensation plans, relevant processes and underlying drivers. This role requires strong familiarity with accounting requirements and processes, hands-on computational and strong communication skills. This position will report to the Manager, Compensation Financial Reporting and Analysis.
· Support the monthly and quarterly financial close and forecast processes
· Drafting financial documents, including the balance sheet and income statement, and reviewing for accuracy
· Assist in preparing detailed analysis of business results and key drivers
· Produce stock option, compensation analysis and annual bonus award reports for review by senior management
· Quickly understand new accounting standards and effectively implement them across the team
· Monitor and conduct SOX and MAR compliance across the working group
· Use personal initiative to optimize group processes
· Adhere to internal control standards to ensure compliance with external accounting policies and standards
· Assist with disclosures included in the PFI 10K, 10Q and other regulatory filings

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance is required (CPA or MBA is a plus)
• 3 - 5 Years of accounting, financial reporting and analysis experience
• Prior experience with corporate compensation plans
• Strong financial acumen and thorough reviewing skills
• Ability to produce clear and concise analysis
• Fully capable of managing multiple priorities
• Strong project management skills
• Works in a highly organized and control oriented fashion
• Strong communicator both orally and written
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Experience working effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across our key corporate functions
• Strong modeling skills
