Full Service Solutions will be filling two Associate Manager roles within the Data & Reporting Center of Excellence.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a team of Data Specialists within the Client Data Strategy & Implementation team
  • Foster and promote a highly energized, efficient, and positive team culture
  • Training, evaluating, coaching, hiring, and counseling employees
  • Facilitate regular one-on-one discussions with employees to discuss performance and career development opportunities
  • Conduct regular team meetings and huddles
  • Oversee team training; develop and track training plans of employees and provide support and leadership to both trainees and trainers on the team; ability to identify and address skill gaps
  • Actively participate in peer leadership activities and meetings to ensure consistency in organizational processes and service
  • Monitor team metrics to ensure SLAs and quality goals are accurately achieved
  • Oversee team work distribution and overall team capacity planning
  • Appropriately and effectively share team achievements, concerns, or escalations to senior leaders
  • Identify and implement process/procedure improvements as well as Champion efforts on behalf of organization
  • Lead and/or delegate projects/research request on top of BAU work
  • Provide input and support in development of writing and delivering team performance appraisals
  • Prepare for unexpected events by establishing contingency plans, change course when necessary
  • Communicates as needed with internal and external customers and prospects.
  • Leadership role on project/business activities including but not limited to Internal Audit, Independent Audit, and various Risk Assessments - ensure controls and processes are documented, implemented, and monitored
  • Self-starter who demonstrates courage to challenge the status quo and generate new ideas; is a change agent
  • Dedicate a percentage of overall individual capacity to perform/support the job responsibilities of the Data Manager or Senior Data Specialist role

  • Bachelor's degree or related business experience
  • Defined Contribution/Benefit & Non-Qualified Plan, Retirement, and/or Financial industry experience required
  • Positive attitude and the ability to think strategically while taking intelligent risks
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders
  • Can work in a fast-paced, changing environment; is resilient
  • Proven decision-making skills that show value to both the business and client
  • Ability to lead others to accomplish Team goals by example and through project management
  • Strong communication skills, and ability to partner in a diverse environment
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and demonstrate flexibility when setting priorities
  • FINRA Series 99 registration may be required or able to obtain within specified time frame
