Kronos is seeking an Operations Manager on the Talent Acquisition Team. This is a great opportunity to be a key player in a growing Talent Acquisition Team. This position will be an important member of the Talent Acquisition Operations Team and will lead the TA Coordinator group. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators globally. Responsible for setting realistic and achievable yearly team goals and working with the team to set individual development goals. Creates a climate in which self-motivated individuals will aspire to higher levels of performance by creating high standards, an environment of trust, and delegate responsibility to help individuals grow professionally. Ensures team consistently meets team SLA's
  • Manage the overall end-to-end support of Talent Acquisition and continually look for ways to streamline and automate processes and programs. Responsibilities include, ensuring consistent global processes are followed, oversee New Hire Onboarding process, oversee vendor relationships and be main point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve issues, help support ATS system, own and drive participation in social media platforms
  • Direct team in managing TA Budget by ensuring all TA expenses\invoices are processed to ensure timely payment. Proactively work with vendors and procurement as needed to identify and resolve any outstanding payments or issues
  • Assist TA Operations Specialist with audits by providing necessary documentation to auditors, and responding to audit inquiries in a timely manner
  • Works closely with Directors, TA on various TA projects that support the entire hiring lifecycle

    Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of prior TA/HR Support people management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have recent experience managing a team; experience managing a remote team is a plus
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. High level of self-initiative
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency with an emphasis on delivering results
  • Ability to adjust to shifting priorities and demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment
