**Critical Hiring Criteria:**
+ BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
+ Minimum 2 years Salesforce experience, Admin Certification Preferred
+ Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
+ Able to identify issues and succinctly raise them, while offering potential solutions.
+ Deep understanding of marketing best practices and challenges for data consumers
+ Hands-on working knowledge of demand generation process in a B2B environment highly preferred.
