IBM Global Business Services is looking for talented and highly motivated, modern Agile strategy consultants to join our Digital Technology and Data Strategy consulting practice. As an Associate Partner, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working with CEO's and the broader C-Suite to define how scaling agile at the enterprise level can enable disruptive strategies and create business value. You will drive Agile principles and practices at the enterprise level within large enterprise programs spanning geographies and touching tens of thousands of employees.  This role works with senior leaders of our clients who want to implement and improve Agile practices, as well as drive overall Agile culture change. You must have both Agile Subject Matter Expertise and the ability to lead, mentor and coach at all levels through to the C-Suite. Successful candidates will have direct evidence of leading Agile transformations within a large enterprise.

Associate Partners have substantial knowledge of industry recognized Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban and other scaling models) and have the ability to design and implement strategic enterprise transformation programs. This role will also often perform a coaching role, often coaching our client's leaders and executives

Responsibilities:
  • Lead large consulting engagements and drive enterprise transformation at the strategic level. You must have direct experience presenting to the C-Suite.
  • Identify the enterprise needs of our clients and craft a compelling value proposition that describes the approach, the client value proposition and the unique value of IBM.
  • Define the specific Agile approach, principles and practices to help teams implement Agile at scale.
  • Identify new opportunities and manage relationships with current client Executive to drive new business.
  • Perform Agile Coaching at the team and executive level
  • Remain at the leading-edge of Agile practices and contribute to their spreading across the organization
