-Responsible for high volume recruiting for entry level/seasonal positions
-Schedules and conducts interviews of entry level positions
-Manage job fairs, including public notifications, organization, administration of applications and applicants
-Works with Corporate Recruiting in supervising orientation and program for new employees and conducts exit interviews
-Supervises job postings, verifies candidates, provides notifications on new hire information to Corporate Human Resources, and conducts follow-up
-Enters and maintains employee data in system for assigned location, including but not limited to new hire, job changes, and termination
-Provides recommendations and counseling on appropriate levels of progressive discipline, management, and coaching techniques.
-Reviews employee complaints and ensures accurate and timely investigation and or issues
-Facilitates actions to resolve the employee issues and escalate them to appropriate management team

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruiting and/or human resources

Ability to work in a fast paced environment with internal and external business partners
Strong customer service orientation; high energy level and attention to details
