The primary purpose of the Associate Regional Sales Manager is to develop and deliver on Unilever growth initiatives with AWG and AWG independent retailers.
• Responsible for the execution of Brand strategies in delivering the customer’s NIP, SC Margin and share goals
• Responsible for delivering new item targets, cash management objectives and demand accuracy goals
• Manage and develop, along with the Kansas City Team Lead, the Unilever/Advantage Sales & Marketing partnership
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of four years of trade marketing, customer management, broker management experience
• High level of MS Office proficiency
